08/13/07 The Revised Permitted Work Scope:
This is a modification to an existing system designed to meet the requirements for a new warehouse room 119. A total of 51 down heads and 13 up heads were relocated to accommodate the new ceiling layout & head spacing requirements.

Emerald Building #12 - Shell) - To construct a new 12,192 ft/2, one story, office shell building and related site improvements. This building will be constructed of concrete tilt-up exterior walls, concrete slab floor and steel structural columns and roof joists with metal roof deck. This is a shell permit only and separate tenant improvement permits will be required to finish this building for occupancy. The sprinkler scope of work includes installing a wet pipe sprinkler system through out a new 12,192-ft/2, Type V-B office building. A separate permit # FIR06-00618 has been issued for the underground piping. The fire sprinkler overhead work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, IFC-2003, and the attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD06-01810.
