This fire alarm permit is to install five duct smoke detectors in new HVAC units in a first time tenant space and monitor them at the FACP. Building permit BLD07-01547 is to construct a new 6,945 sq.ft. office/warehouse tenant space in an existing 11,900 sq ft shell building (constructed under Bld06-01810) per approved plans. Work to include, construction of interior nonbearing partitions to create reception area, office spaces, conference room, breakroom, men's and women's accessible restrooms, open office area, and warehouse, installation of five new roof top HVAC units and related ducting, installation of suspended ceiling and related lighting, installation of accessible drinking fountain, janitors sink and breakroom sink, miscellaneous related interior finishes. This building is fully fire sprinkled any alterations to the sprinkler system shall be installed and maintained per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
