telcon from Kirt, at Wenzel construction re status of plans resubmitted 7/30, and requesting that F.France sign off for occupancy without approved sprinkler plans. I spoke with Forrest; he indicate approximately 40 heads were affected by the plan modification; he approved for cover on 7/27 but it exceeds our policy for field plan reviews of plan modifications. I agreed him and called back Kirt and explained why this needs a plan review and that it will be Monday before plans are reviewed, as 5 days is our current turnaround for resubmittals due to the back log of first submittals of over 10 days.
