This fire alarm permit is to install HVAC monitoring to an existing fire alarm system for a new tenant in an existing building. Selective tenant space fire alarm initiating devices are shown on the building plans, along with audible visual notification in the two tenant spaces. Building permit BLD07-01468 is to construct a new 10,144 sq.ft office tenant located in a new shell building per approved plans. Work to include, construction of interior partitions to create office spaces, four new accessible restrooms, work area, breakroom, server room and open office space, removal of existing storefront to install new overhead door, with minor exterior concrete changes at walkway on the west side of the building, installation of new suspended ceiling and related lighting, installation of new HVAC system on existing roof to curbs installed under shell permit, and installation of related duct work, installation of new drinking fountain and janitors sink, related plumbing and electrical work, This building is fully fire sprinkled any alterations to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
