The SD at the new control panel is too close to an HVAC supply register, one duct detector has the sample tube installed backward, need to locate the inspectors test valve to enable testing of the sprinkler flow switch, the existing FACP if no longer in service shall be removed to prevent confusion, need to verify signals at the supervising station.
