This fire alarm permit is to add a new NAC booster panel and modify the existing fire alarm panel and install new smoke detectors, duct smoke detectors and audible visual notification as shown in a basement tenant remodel project. Building permit BLD07-00292 is to remodel the basement (about 11,800 square feet) and the choir loft (about 1,950 square feet) of an existing church. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, 3 restrooms accessible to the disabled, movable partitions, the structural support for movable partitions, a 1-hr corridor, steel structure support at door headers, grease hoods and ducts, gypsum board ceilings, gypsum board soffits, suspended acoustical ceilings, and finishes.
