1-15-2008 Fire alarm inspection: Checked 1st and 2nd floor notification appliances and all 2nd floor system detectors, patient room detectors, Induct detectors and duct smoke detectors this inspection should have finished the preliminary fire alarm testing. The following deficiencies need to be addressed.
1. 1st Floor Mechanical & Electrical rooms have beam construction additional detectors required.
2. Chimes not installed in exit stairways.
3. Add visual notification in 1st floor Work Room 1062.
4. Add smoke detector in storage closet 1063A
5. Add Visual Notification in 1st Floor ADL Room Suite 1027
6. Audible /Visual Notification Required in Men's & Women's Locker & Toilet Room 1019 & 1013
7. Relocate Notification Appliances in Room 1023 "Blocked" - Also Audible Level to Low in the Same Room "Should Make Chime Strobe"
