Description	Scope of Work - Modify the existing wet pipe system by adding 38 pendant and 4 upright heads to accommodate a new wall and ceiling. The existing up-right heads above the ceiling are to remain. This building is fully sprinklered and shall remain so. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD07-01239. Re-Submittals Of The Following Items Are Required: Provide calculations to support the revised head spacing which exceeds the original head spacing. 09/17/07 Calculations Provided - Provide calculations to support the addition of mechanical tees, and the Flex head assemblies submitted. 09/17/07 Additional equiv. feet added. - Sprig-ups 4'-0" or longer shall be restrained against lateral movement. Wire used for restraint shall be located within 2'-0" of a hanger. The hanger closest to a wire restraint shall be of a type that resists upward movement of a branch line. (NFPA 13-9.3.6.2, 9.3.6.5*, A.9.3.6.4) 09/17/07 Under Shell Permit Revise the TI cover sheet to reflect the actual spacing as it was submitted. The plans indicate a 14’-0” x 14’-0” layout.
