This permit is to install a supplemental fire suppression and pre-action sprinkler control system at the Time Warner tenant improvement project. Work includes installation of a fire suppression system (clean agent) associated smoke and heat detection, abort stations and release modules, agent release warning and discharge notification devices and pre-action sprinkler system control and visual fire alarm notification. Building permit # BLD07-01422 is to remodel an existing concrete tilt up building constructed under BLD 05-01992. Exterior work includes the removal and demo of the following: An accessible ramp, one exterior door, landing, stairs, and sidewalk within the south facing wall. New work at the exterior shall include the following: The installation of a pad and concrete walls to conceal an emergency generator. Replace a single exterior door with a new double door. Install one new exterior door, within the east facing wall, and includes the installation of new landings and sidewalks for this door. The interior work shall consist of finishing the interior of this 10,000 square feet building, Constructing a wall to divide the office area from the warehouse area. The office area is 4,500 square feet; within this area construction of two accessible restrooms shall be provided. The remainder of this building will be divided into three separate areas for storage, equipment and future expansion. This area shall include the construction of an accessible restroom with a shower. Additional work accompanying this permit but separate permits will be required are for the installation of electrical, plumbing and mechanical. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. All construction shall be per the approved plans and attached comment list. MJP
