Relocate SD at classroom #1 too close to HVAC diffuser, relocate one manual pull station at the SW exit door from the sanctuary that is too high, add notification devices at the faculty lounge and room 128 in use as an "art room", need to demo the old FACP, provide covers at two open junction boxes classroom #3, provide signage at the door to the FACP, post a current map at the panel including correct FACP, smoke and nac panel locations, see fire code review notes items #24 and #5 for knox box requirement and HVAC information regarding possible duct smoke detection required.
