Description	Scope of Work: Overhead The overhead fire sprinkler scope of work includes installing a 3" wet riser to serve through out the heated areas and an Anti-Freeze Loop system to serve through out the exterior dining section and the cold attic spaces. Central BB1 Attic heads along the roof line in the attic. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. Overhead hydro test passed. The doghouses need inspected still. One head needs to be added between the two kitchen hoods. Two heads need to be extended in the north dining area to provide coverage under a soffit/decorative beam. Sprinkler coverage needs to be added in the new shed that is attached to the main building. The sprinkler contractor needs to contact Brian about installing galvanized piping on the roof of the structure for the additional dog house and the addition of the sprinkler head in the shed.
