The sprinkler will be used to increase allowable area (by 2) and increase number of stories by one for future occupancies. To perform select demolition; to construct reinforced interior bearing footings; to construct interior bearing and non-bearing wood frame walls with 5/8" gypsum board on each side, nailed per plans, as shearwalls; provide hold down anchors per engineering & plans; install 11-7/8" TJI 210 @ 16" o.c. W/ 3/4" APA floor sheathing for a FUTURE (occupancy or access / egress not part of this permit) second office level above the first floor office based on engineering design; construct two fully accessible restrooms and a drinking fountain; install a service sink; an HVAC system to serve new office, electrical, plumbing and sprinkler system; accessible compliant interior doors and compliant hardware for all doors; two interior windows and interior finishes for office / restroom area. drs
