This fire alarm permit is to add area fire alarm smoke detection per building plans. Add an In-Duct smoke detectors as shown on the drawings, install manual pull stations, remote annunciator, door holders, duct smoke detectors fan shutdown and damper control and a new NAC booster panel to FACP-05 and FACP-15 with audible visual notification. Building Permit BLD07-01690 is to build out and finish for hospital use a 21,139 sq. ft. shell area in the east tower annex and the associated connection with the existing east tower high-rise, or use as medical-surgical patient rooms for telemetry monitoring. Work includes non-combustible, fire-resistive construction to create private patient rooms at the perimeter walls and centrally located nursing and support areas; two suite areas are being created; a smoke partition corridor is being extended to connect the east tower high rise exit / stair enclosure system to the existing two stair enclosures serving this new medical floor of the east tower annex. Work includes, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler alarm and medical gas system additions. A minimum of two fully accessible patient rooms are required and provided. A Certificate of Occupancy is required for the third floor build-out before occupying. drs
