This fire alarm permit is to install a new fire sprinkler monitoring system in a new building shell. The fire alarm system includes sprinkler water flow, valve tamper switches, PIV, smoke detector above panel and manual pull station. Building permit BLD07-00737 is to construct a new 32,350 square foot, one story, shell building and related site improvements. This building will be constructed of concrete slab floor, concrete tilt-up exterior walls and steel joist roof system. There will be a 130 square foot Mechanical/Electrical Room constructed under this permit. This is a shell permit only and no occupancy is allowed under this permit.
