This fire alarm permit was issued to correct critical deficiencies found during a Tenant Improvement building inspection BLD05-01452 by Boise City Inspector 430. Several smoke detectors used for door hold open release were found located above ceiling tile in the original tenant improvement project and throughout the 2nd floor as shown on the floor plan. This condition was found to be a direct threat to fire separations and is required to be corrected before BLD05-01452 is acceptable by the Boise City Fire Department. The smoke detectors that are shown on this plan are to be lowered and installed back to the correct locations for proper door hold open release.
