This fire alarm permit is to relocate several existing smoke detectors, notification appliances, and provide several new notification appliances and a new NAC booster panel on the 1st floor of the St Lukes JMOP building. BLD07-01229 is to remodel within an existing 2,040 sq. ft. medical office suite. Scope of work includes select interior demolition in south side medical office suite; wall construction to infill abandoned door openings, create new exam rooms and access hall, a closet and one fully accessible restroom; create a nurse station and modify electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler and alarms systems as needed to meet tenant needs and to comply with current adopted codes and ordinances. Drs NOTE: This building is fully sprinklered to allow additional story increase (3rd floor) and to substitute for 1-hour corridor requirements.
