This fire alarm permit is to remodel and add fire alarm notification appliances per the approved fire alarm plan on the first floor of the Key Bank Building suite 102. Building Permit BLD07-02356 is to remodel the existing 7,682 sq ft bank tenant space by reducing the tenant area to 5,248 sq ft. per approved plans. Work to include, removal of stairway, removal of existing customer service, partitions, millwork and floor finishes, infill floor opening after stair is removed per attached engineering, construction of new noncombustible partitions to create office spaces, small conference rooms and reduce tenant area, installation of new teller counters, cabinets and millwork, installation of new ceiling and related lighting, installation of new mechanical duct work connecting to existing units this permit is in conjunction with BLD07-02357 for the empty remaining space, This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
