This fire alarm permit is to remodel, relocate and change candela on several fire alarm notification appliances per the approved fire alarm plan on the 5th floor of the Key Bank Building. Building Permit BLD07-01877 is to remodel the existing 6946 sq ft fifth floor office tenant space per approved plans. Work to include, removal of interior partitions, suspended ceiling and flooring, construction of new fronts to existing office spaces, construction of new training rooms, breakroom, copy file room, small conference room, installation suspended ceiling system in selective areas, installation of HVAC system, miscellaneous related interior finishes. This building is fully fire sprinkled ANY ALTERATIONS TO THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM and or ALARM SYSTEM, WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed and maintained per NFPA #13 and NFPA #72 as regulated by the fire department.
