This fire alarm permit is to install a new NAC panel and associated notification appliances in a new tenant space in BODO #5 Building. Work includes a smoke detector above new NAC panel and two duct smoke detectors and notification appliances as shown on the approved fire alarm plan. Building Permit BLD07-01949 is to create a 1,388 square foot exercise room in the basement of the 9th Street Warehouse building (Southeast corner) to be used by the occupants of the top story Hawkins tenant space. Work is to include two (2) toilet/shower/dressing rooms accessible to the disabled and one (1) toilet/shower/dressing room NOT accessible to the disabled. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
