Scope of Work: Overhead & Underground
The Underground scope of work was previously approved and the work was performed under separate permit # FIR07-00824. The Underground supply will be controlled from a Wall PI located on the East side of the Bldg. The overhead fire sprinkler scope of work includes installing two 6” wet risers and a grid system to serve through out the entire 61,000-ft/2 bldg. The new warehouse will be built for future racking system as indicated on these plans. Any future racking plans shall be submitted under a separate permit. A 1.5” hose system will also be installed designed to reach all portions of the bldg. in accordance with NFPA13 chapter 12. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD07-01973 & UG permit FIR07-00824.
