This fire alarm quick permit is to tie in a new kitchen hood alarm into an existing zone on a fire sprinkler monitoring panel. The kitchen hood will be tied into the same zone as the manual pull station within the tenant space and EOL moved to the hood. An existing kitchen hood zone exists however it is from a separate tenant space. Building permit BLD07-02403 is to remodel an existing 1480 sq ft pizza restaurant and expand into adjacent 1240 sq ft space to create one 2720 sq ft tenant per approved plans. Work to include, installation of new type-one hood system over new open top stove, installation of type-two hood system over new oven, construction of interior nonbearing partitions, installation of new front entrance double door, installation of new counters and work surfaces, new sinks and plumbing fixtures, installation of new dinning booths, miscellaneous related interior finishes. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. RmH
