Had a meeting with Simplex (Charlie Bayne) discussed the fact that the application had the wrong address, wrong building permit number entered and that it caused alot of trouble. Told Charlie that I will review the Mark Rivers TI on this plan only! All other tenant spaces that are occupied without permits will need to be submitted on a seperate fire alarm plan. I let Charlie know that I will be visiting the building with fire prevention on Thursday.

Left msg that there are problems with the submitted plans and we need to discuss over the phone or in person. Will take some time to sort this permit mess out. Many tenant have occupied space without an MIS Permit being issued, Fire Alarm notification has not been done in several areas of the building that have been occupied without any permits FIR or MIS. Will call Fire Protection
