Description
This fire alarm permit is to install new notification appliances in a vacant tenant improvement area located on the 3rd floor of the St Lukes Regional Medical Center South Tower. Building permit BLD07-01578 is to build-out and finish an existing 777 sq. ft. vacant tenant space as medical office providing services for wound ostomy, phlebotomy with support/work areas. To construct noncombustible, nonbearing walls, new doors and hardware and an accessible route to all areas of this tenant remodel, all per reviewed plans, red-lined notes thereon and all attached plan review conditions / comments. Install suspended ceiling grid system, millwork, interior finishes and perform electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler and alarm work to meet tenant needs and comply with adopted codes and ordinances. Separate applications, plans, approvals and permits are required before sprinkler and alarm modifications are to occur, all as regulated by the fire department. drs
