This fire alarm quick permit is connect a new kiosk cooking hood suppression system in to the building fire alarm panel. Building Permit BLD07-02969 is to assemble and install a 9' x 12' self contained kiosk unit which will include an electrical food cooking appliance to make potato chips in an area between check out and pet care display at the front of the store per approved plans. The appliance to have a built in fire suppression system and will have exhaust vent to the roof. Separate electrical, mechanical and fire sprinkler permits required.
