Building permit BLD07-02809 is to create a bar / restaurant use within an existing 4,984 square foot tenant space located on the 1st story of an existing 2 story with basement building. Work is to include 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, a full service kitchen, Type I (grease) hoods and ducts, Type II dishwasher hood and duct, interior nonbearing walls, suspended acoustical ceilings, suspended gypsum board ceilings, and finishes. Some existing openings located in existing concrete bearing walls will be made wider. Steel headers and jambs will be provided. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the structural calculations and design, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes.
