The revised Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding fire protection for the shell space. This includes using sidewall sprinklers that will be utilized in the future TI. At this time the sidewall sprinklers will be installed in the future location without the drywall added to the metal studs. This is an approved temporary condition based upon several meetings between the City of Boise and DeBest Fire Protection. There will also be additional upright sprinklers added to protect the shell.

Condo 1105 will not be sheet rocked at this time. The fire protection is not completed and will need to be inspected at a later date. There are numerous ducts that pose and obstructions problems. Contractor was reminded that NO space is to be used for storage unless the fire protection system is redesigned and resubmitted.
