Confirming my telcon with Gregg Patrick, TVFP, ph: ###-####. TVFP needs to start installation of UG piping between the proposed tank and the building within two weeks. I suggested they submit plans and application for an Underground Fire permit. We will not release approved overhead sprinkler plans until we have approved the fire protection water tank plans and confirmed the proposed water supply curve, to be used for the overhead sprinkler design. I explained the fire tank plans need to be designed to NFPA 22 Standards and be stamped by a State licensed PE qualified in FP design. Gregg offered to work with the contractor to get the proper plans and design information prepared and submitted under a separate FIR permit, since the tank installation is not a part of TVFP's contract.

Sam
