This fire alarm permit is to add two audible visual notification appliances in two remodeled restrooms located on the first floor of the US-Bank building. All other notification appliances shown on the submitted plans are existing, however, new lobby ceilings are to be installed thus all notification appliances will be required to be tested and checked for operation and location. Building permit BLD07-03052 is to install new ceilings new entry doors and rest rooms upgrade to comply with ICC/A117.1 accessible to the disabled. Selective nonstructural demolition is also covered under this permit. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, relocated or new plumbing fixtures, and interior finishes. ANY ALTERATIONS TO THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT. And shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department, all work is required to comply with the approved drawings and with all applicable codes.
