OVERHEAD Work Scope: Over Head Only IAW IFC 2003 & NFPA-13 2002
(Idaho Power Company 1111 w Jefferson 4th floor ste 400) Interior remodel for a new 40,315 sq. ft. office tenant on the 4th floor of an existing high-rise building per approved plans. Work to include new interior walls, new interior doors and windows, interior finish, counters/casework, suspended ceiling work, fire sprinkler and alarm work, mechanical work, plumbing work, and electrical work. A Certificate of Occupancy is to be issued when completed and approved. NOTE: This building will be fully fire sprinklered by March of 2011 per an Upgrade Agreement on file. JCB Modify the existing system by adding and relocating heads on the fourth floor to accommodate a new wall and ceiling layout.
The scope of work is clouded and referenced as Rev. E dated 01/16/08. The scope consists of adding and relocating down heads to accommodate the new wall and ceiling layout. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD07-03251.
