A plan mod fee applies for this plan modification, for 4 additional heads, to be installed in the plenum space. Sprinkler design approval is based on an alternative design proposal, approved by D. Hanneman and S. Rogers. No building plan modification is involved, as the anechoic chamber is consider a piece of equipment, per J. Menard. Signed agreement attached under Documents.
