This fire alarm permit is to upgrade the existing shell fire alarm system within the new TI area. Work includes new a/v notification appliances throughout the TI area, in-duct smoke detection actuation, new manual pull stations at three exits, and adding one new NAC panel and IDNET modules to the FAC Panel.

The associated building permit, BLD07-03026, is: ADA COUNTY - INDIGENT SERVICES - IDAHO WATER CENTER PA2 BLDG 1ST FLR) To build-out for first time tenant an 11,922 sq.ft. office tenant space which includes replacing storefront doors with glazing and a new exterior entry vestibule per approved plans and DRH07-00360.Work also includes decorative exterior window shade screening; interior non-combustible fire-resistive walls to create six fully accessible restrooms, break rooms & drinking fountains; to create private and open office areas, reception & waiting; suspended ceiling grid system; accessibility compliant doors, clear floor space and hardware and upgrades for code compliance for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler and alarm systems.
