Provide map at the FACP, missing signage at the door to the fire alarm panel room, provide visual notification for the women's fitting room vestibule per plan review annotations, door mag locks at the south and north exits are not installed at this time for functional testing of interconnection to the fire alarm system, noted RTU #3 duct detector is not operational at the factory installed supply side (return side is okay), addresses at RTU # 1 amendend while on site, will sign record of completion forms when c/n items are finished, remainder of fire alarm work test passed including signal monitoring.
