Work Scope: **(AMERICAN EAGLE)** - (BOISE TOWNE SQUARE -SPACE #1325) To remodel an existing 4,884 square foot retail tenant space and expand into space 1323 for existing tenant per approved plans. Work to include: [installation of new non-combustible interior partition walls to create, two accessible restrooms, Eleven regular changing rooms, one accessible changing room, one stock room, an equipment room, and a large sales floor], installation of new flooring throughout, construction of a new storefront system, installation of suspended gypsum ceiling system and related lighting, installation of new mechanical system (grilles, diffusers, ductwork, and new units), miscellaneous related interior finishes, and ten foot tall storage racks in the stock room. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations to the sprinkler system shall be maintained per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department, The smoke evacuation system shall remain operational as originally installed under the 1985 UBC. The design, testing and utilization of industrial steel storage racks shall be in accordance with the RMI Specification for the Design, Testing and Utilization of Industrial Steel Storage Racks.
OH Scope: The Fire Sprinkler scope consists of adding 97 pendant heads to accommodate a new wall and ceiling lay out in the through out the tenant space. The existing up-right protection will removed and the outlets are to be plugged or use as supply outlets. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2006, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD08-00165.
