Work Scope: OH Scope: Beginning from an existing supply 6” supply located within a 1 hour rated riser room at the North East corner of the bldg. install a 6” wet riser and wet pipe grid system to serve through out the entire bldg. The system is designed to Ordinary Group II for Mezzanine area, Light Hazard through out the office area and designed to protect Class I – IV commodity up to 16’ in a palletized solid pile, bin box or shelf storage arrangement through out the warehouse.
The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2006, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD07-02854. The underground was previously approved under separate permit # FIR08-00148.
