Work Scope: OH Only - Northwest Animal Hospital - To construct a new 8,660 square foot, one story, masonry wall and framed animal hospital and kennel building and related site improvements. The animal hospital area is 5,380 square feet and the grooming, training and dog kennel areas are 3,280 square feet. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list.
OH Scope: Beginning from an existing supply and an 6” x 4” flange located at the Northwest corner of the bldg., install a 4” wet riser and wet pipe system to serve through out the entire bldg. The system supply will be controlled fro a Wall Post Indicating valve located at the riser. The system criteria is designed to Light Hazard.
The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2006, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD06-02489 & UG permit FIR07-01027.
