Work Scope:
(SUPERVALU - PHASE 3) -(2nd Floor) To remodel a 11,987 sq ft portion of the second story located in the Northeast corner of the building for office tenant per approved plans. Work to include, selective demolition of interior nonbearing partitions, construction of new partitions for private office spaces, small conference rooms, and open office area, repair and relocate existing suspended ceiling and lighting, relocate any diffusers as necessary, this building is fully fire sprinklered for unlimited area any alterations to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. OH Scope:
The Fire Sprinkler scope consists of replacing 106 existing heads with new quick response heads to accommodate a new wall and ceiling layout. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2006, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD08-00309.
