This fire alarm permit is to install a new sprinkler monitoring system in a new single story fully sprinklered building. Included in this permit scope is HVAC detector monitoring and induct detector monitoring.

BLD07-03163 Norco Fill Plant - To construct a new 52,500 square foot, one story, steel framed industrial building and related site improvements. This building contains an office area with restrooms, training/break room, conference room and lab. The building will also contain cylinder maintenance and repair area, flammable gas storage room and large cylinder fill and process area. This building will be fully fire sprinkled. This building is at 100 percent of allowable area. The 30 foot perimeter yards must be permanently maintained and no building addition will be allowed to this building nor may any additional H occupancy area be created within the building.
