This fire alarm permit is to provide a manual system for the shell and core areas only. Sprinkler monitoring, elevator recall functions, fire/smoke dampers, and HVAC controls are part of this permit scope. Tenant spaces to be separate permits.

BLD07-01248 (Associated General Contractors Office - Shell & Core) - To construct a new 21,350 square foot, two story office shell and core building and related site improvements. The finished core areas include two exit stairways, two restrooms at each floor, elevator, mechanical, electrical and janitor closets, as well as, nonrated corridors at each floor level. This building will be constructed of concrete tilt-up exterior walls and steel frame second floor and roof construction. This building has four proposed future tenant spaces, two on each floor. This is a shell and core permit only and no occupancy is allowed under this permit. Separate tenant improvement permits will be required to finish this building for occupancy. This building is fully fire sprinkled. The sprinklers are used for area and story increases. This building was reviewed as nonseparated uses with a possible A Occupancy as controlling occupancy.
