This fire alarm permit is to add area smoke detection and notification to areas C&D. The notification devices are being added on to existing circuits. The existing Wheelock devices on those circuits are being replaced with compatible Honeywell devices to ensure the devices will synchronize.

To remodel a 5,847 sq. ft. portion of the sub-basement of SLRMC to be used as and in support of the IN-PATIENT Pharmacy. Work involves two separate areas and is divided into four phases for the purpose of continuing operations of services within the area as portion are upgraded and then reoccupied. Work involves selective non-structural demolition; maintenance of existing fire-resistive rated construction; interior non-combustible, fire-resistive wall construction to create admin offices, tech work stations, preparations and storage areas of pharmacy medicines.
