Description	This fire alarm permit is to remove an existing fire alarm control panel (currently located in the NAPA tenant space), and place a new fire alarm control panel in the Biomat tenant space. The existing FACP is a sprinkler monitoring system only. The new panel will monitor the existing sprinkler system, monitor new HVAC duct detectors, and incorporate a non-required, voluntary manual fire alarm system with full notification, as well as selective area smoke detector coverage. The owners have requested to have pull stations at every exit as well as a smoke above the FACP. Two annunciators are being provided under this permit scope at the owner's request. Associated building permit: BLD08-00154 (BIOMAT USA) To remodel and expand into adjacent tenant area an existing blood plasma center per approved plans. Previous space was 6,695 sq.ft. and new space will be 9,564 sq.ft. This building is fully sprinklered for allowable area increase. drs
