FIR UG Scope: Beginning from an existing 6” UG line stubbed onto the property located off of S. Featherly Way, run 25’-0” of 6” C-900 out and rise up into the existing structure to supply the system riser. A total of 31’-0” of 6” UG pipe will be installed including a gate vale.
Revised FIR OH Scope: Beginning from a 6” supply located with the 1 hour rated riser room located at the SW corner of the building, install a 3” vertical wet riser and piping system to serve the lower level / heated area. A separate anti-freeze system will serve through out the attic space and exterior overbuilds. The system supply will be controlled from a wall PI valve. Any future rack plans shall be submitted under a separate permit. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2006, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
