To be replaced with new offices and system furniture. New office space is reconfiguration of aprox. 125 ln ft of non-combustible partition walls for private space. Ceiling to remain with relocation of lights and hvac supplies. All sprinkler and alarm work to be submitted to fire plan review and must meet NFPA std's.
