Description	Revised FIR OH Scope: The fire sprinkler system was modified in the field in include coverage (8 additional QR heads) at the mezzanine which was added during construction. This revision was noted as Rev A, and dated 09/08/08 FIR OH Scope: Beginning from an existing 6” supply located with the 1 hour rated riser room located at the SE corner of the building, install a 3” vertical wet riser to serve through out the entire structure including the area beneath the mezzanine. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2006, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD08-00664 & UG permit FIR08-00354.

The underground piping for the remote FDC and the hose station can be covered except for both ends since thrust blocks, drains and vaults had not been installed yet. As-built plans need to be submitted showing the the positions of the two lines being switched and the remote hose station being relocated to the south.
