This fire alarm permit is to provide a sprinkler monitoring system which includes monitoring valves on a water tank.
Associated building permit: BLD07-02354 Pierce Park Horse Arena - To construct a new 15,000 square foot, one story, pre-engineered metal building and related site improvements. This building will be used as a horse riding arena and will contain a large riding arena along with restrooms, utility room and a horse washing area. This building will be fire sprinkled with a dry system with a 50,000 gallon onsite water storage tank. The arena panels are to be arranged in a manner that will not block the required egress paths from the building. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM
