To perform select interior demolition within two adjacent staff support rooms of 718 sq. ft. To construct interior dividing walls to create a new private office with access off of Hall IC008; create 8 cubicle work stations with access off of main corridor; new support area millwork, interior finishes; suspended ceiling grid system, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler and alarm systems modifications, all per reviewed plans.
