Description	FIR Work Scope: Beginning from an existing 8” supply located in the riser room at the SE corner of the Bldg., install a 4” wet riser to serve through out the structure. A future paint Booth will be submitted under a separate permit application. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2006, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD08-00395 & BLD08-00609 & FIR07-00905 of the UG work.

Verified correction notice items are complete per last inspection, pendent heads at the paint mixing room are the correct type however plan legend indicates 286 deg. heads and 155 deg. heads have been installed. Also need to adjust deck insulation blocking one upright head prior to final. Office areas are okay for cover at the drop ceilings.
