This fire alarm permit is to add notification to the existing system to accommodate the tenant improvement. No initiating devices are part of this permit scope.

Associated building permit: BLD08-01083 (Clearwater Advisors Expansion Ste 1050). This building is fire sprinklered for high-rise. To expand a 10922 sq/ft tenant space by 3004 sq/ft on the 10th story of a high-rise building. Work is to include interior Nordwall demountable nonbearing partitions, interior wood doors and a new break with a sink a conf room and small offices. The access floor system, the suspended ceilings, and the 1-hr corridor were installed under permit BLD05-02939. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, and with all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. PDH
