Description	Revised FIR OH Work Scope: The contractor resubmitted these revised previously approved plans and calculations to account for changes made in the field during construction. The contractor installed Flex Head arm over connections instead of rigid pipe as originally calculated and approved. Based on the calculations provided, this plan modification does not appear to adversely affect the remote area of operation. This modification has been noted on the plans and dated 09/16/08. FIR OH Work Scope: The Fire Sprinkler scope consists of installing 69 new quick response heads to accommodate a new wall and ceiling layout in the in the Wound Clinic area. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2006, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD08-01101.
