The scope of fire sprinkler work is to connect to the existing cross main and install one new branchline with 4 new Reliable Model G, SSU heads in the warehouse area. The original system was a pipe schedule system installed in 1973. Spacing throughout the warehouse areas will remain 100 sf maximum. Spacing throughout the manufacturing area may be up to 120 sf maximum. The existing upright sprinklers within the manufacturing area do not exceed 120 sf per sprinkler. **(Orowheat Bakery)** To construct approximately 52 lf of nonbearing partition to expand existing bakery area into warehouse area miscellaneous related interior finishes. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed and maintained per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
