No hydrostatic test required. One upright head found to be overspaced in Grape Escape was corrected while I waited. The high temperature upright, to be located infront of the hood, in the Pie Hole will not be installed until Monday. Per Sam Rogers, it is approved for both the restaurants to open at this time, with the commitment from the sprinkler contractor that the additional head in the Pie Hole will be installed early next week. The sprinkler work shown out side of the restraunts is not done yet. All construction work was submitted and approved under a "shell" building permit. Sprinkler rough-in piping in the newly roughed in restroom in Pie Hole wukk not provide protection above the proposed level of future ceiling. This needs to be resolved before the "final" of this sprinkler permit.
